Gripe and Gratitude Journals

  • WordCrimes

    Word Crimes

The first in a series, this hybrid journal and planner has space for life's lows and highs. Sections for expressing joy and pain are interwoven with goal-setting bullet journal pages to help move you forward in your journey. Plenty of room is available for journaling thoughts as well as brainstorming ideas in a creative environment. List makers will enjoy designated areas while writers have plenty of pages for narrative thoughts.
  • PenMighty

    The Pen is Mightier

It is a journal with different sections, and this version has more earth tones and masculine images than the previous journal, Word Crimes. Most journals offer either blank pages or so much positive affirmation that when you’re really upset about something, you feel like you can’t spill that out. This one is 2/3 positive and empowering, but the 1/3 is about getting out the aggravations, listing the hurts, and so forth. There are pages for narrative writing after both the gripe and the gratitude sections, and there are a bunch of pages for those looking to chart 30-day challenges. So, it’s not about stewing in negative stuff. It’s about having a place to express the bad, count each good, with support along the way to make changes.
